Job responsibilities: 1, the technical solution for the assigned project, bid preparation, interpretation and users to answer questions; 2, cooperate with sales team to complete with the user, the compilation of technical exchanges, technical scheme, preaching, application system demonstration and so on work; 3, to complete market personnel application system demonstration, product publicity material writing and so on work; 4, dealing with customers pre-sale consulting, technical support; 5, product demonstrations, technical training to customers; 6, according to customer requirements, testing, without using peripheral devices, after reaching effect will transfer the results to products division, plan to ensure that the equipment used in can meet customer demand; 7, and compile customer feedback problems, related data updated regularly, promote issues improvement.
